In 1980 Pablo J. Valdes founded Biltmore Enterprises and created a residential developer company offering services that include land acquisition, planning, design and construction of high quality homes. Today, we continue to provide the same services perfected over the years through our professionalism and reliability.

We specialize in land deals and residential development, primarily in the Dade County area, including Doral, Medley, City of Hialeah Gardens, and the western part of Palmetto in the City of Hialeah, extending up to the Country Club of Miami.
